Vibration Absorbing Measures of Rotor Core of Motor

Rotor dynamic balance is a kind of vibration reduction measures taken after the rotor is made. Through some interfaces on the rotor to increase or decrease the mass, the center of gravity of the rotor and its geometric center of gravity are close together, and a main inertia axis is as close as possible to the axis of rotation. Reduce the amount of vibration around the imbalance force, couple, or critical speed when the rotor is operating.
When the actual motor rotor is in operation, inertial force of the rotor imbalance will cause additional dynamic pressure during operation. This will not only increase the internal stress of the rotor core of the motor, reduce the mechanical efficiency and service life, but also these inertial forces will be transmitted to the engine, especially since the magnitude and direction of these inertial forces are generally cyclically changed. Therefore, it is bound to cause forced vibration of the engine. In order to completely or partially eliminate the adverse effects of inertial forces, it is necessary to try to eliminate or reduce the inertial force caused by the rotor imbalance, which is the purpose of rotor balance. The balance of the rotor is an important issue for modern engines. Especially now that the engine speed is getting higher and higher, it is more important.
The small and medium-sized aero-engine engine assembly rotor parts are connected by sleeve teeth or end teeth, and the tie rods are compacted. Moreover, the rotor assembly requirements do not increase or decrease the weight to achieve the balance requirement, which is quite different from the previous balance method. The dynamic balance theory begins by calculating the way to find the best balance.
