Brushless motor application


  Brushless motors are used in a wide range of applications such as automotive, tools, industrial industrial control, automation, and aerospace. In general, brushless DC motors can be divided into the following three main applications:
  Continuous load application: mainly applications that require a certain rotational speed but do not require high accuracy of rotational speed, such as fans, pumps, hair dryers, etc. Such applications have low cost and are mostly open-loop control.

The cost of such systems is relatively higher.
  Positioning applications: Most industrial control and automatic control applications fall into this category. Energy transfer is often done in these applications. Therefore, there is a special requirement for the dynamic response and torque of the rotational speed, and a higher requirement for the controller. . Photoelectric and some synchronization equipment may be used for speed measurement. Many of these processes, such as process control, mechanical control, and transportation control, fall into this category.
  Practicality The new brushless motor is closely linked with the development of electronics, microelectronics, digital technology, automation technology, and materials science. It is not limited to the field of AC and DC, but also relates to the field of energy conversion and signal sensing in electric and power generation. There are many new types of brushless motors in the field of motors, but brushless motors with excellent performance are not widely used due to price constraints.
