  In general, the hollow cup motor purchased from the supplier can only be used after the product has been tested before it is put into production. The general operating procedure of the hollow cup motor tester.
  First we need to check the motor speed
  In actual operation, we need to check if the motor to be tested is a three-pole or five-pole DC motor. First, check whether the M3 indicator is displayed in the corresponding state; otherwise, if you choose to use the M0 mode, it should be noted that the allowable deviation is symmetrical. The intermediate value of the upper and lower limits should reflect the typical value of this model;
  The red and black detection lines are respectively inserted into the red and black holes of the motor power supply, and the clips are connected to the two poles of the motor. Observe the actual measured rotation speed and measured current data, and whether the qualified indicator light is on and the buzzer sounds; if not, display the rotation speed. Over limit or current limit indicator;
  It is necessary to pay special attention to: press the right arrow key during the detection process to lock and maintain the measured speed and the measured current value, which is convenient for data recording; press the right arrow key to cancel the recovery and restore the real-time display.
  Second, we also need to conduct insulation resistance testing
  Insert the red and black detection lines into the red and black holes of the insulation detection. The clip is connected to the outer casing of the motor and one pole of the motor to see if the insulation over-limit indicator is bright.
  The last is the waveform output display
  The oscilloscope signal lines are connected to the waveform output terminals and the oscilloscope signal input terminals respectively, and the oscilloscope can be adjusted to observe the current waveform of the motor.
  In general, with this oscilloscope, it is impossible to detect the rotation of the hollow cup motor, and it is impossible to detect the internal resistance of the motor when the amount of turbulence (axial) is maximum.
